Hopefully, you will find navigating AdventureMercantile.com to be
quick and easy. Jumping from category to category is only one click away
no matter what page you are viewing by looking under the "Directory" on
the left side of every page. If you are confused about which part of the
Web site you are viewing at any time, simply look at the "You are
here" near the top of the page. It will tell you exactly where you
are.
To purchase items, click the "Add to Cart" buttons located
near the pictures of the products (if an item is out of stock, there
will not be an "Add to Cart" button). A new window will open that
displays your shopping cart and the items that are currently in it. From
there, you can checkout, select how many of each product you want,
remove products from your cart, or continue shopping.
Viewing which items (if any) are in your cart can be done at any time
by clicking the "View Cart / Checkout" button at the top,
right corner of every page.
On each product page, there will be information on the status of that
particular product. There are three different possibilities for the
status of an item:
- In stock - a sufficient quantity of the item is available
- Limited quantity - very few left of the item (the specific number
will be listed)
- Out of stock - the item is currently unavailable
If you want to purchase an item that is out of stock, please send a
request for that item to requests@adventuremercantile.com.
Once we receive your email, we will attempt to obtain the requested
item. If we can, we will then notify you via email that the item is
available to purchase. Please do not send more than one request for the
same item, however. Although we try to reply to all emails, sometimes we
may not be able to, but be assured that each email is read and taken into
consideration.
After you checkout and submit your order, you will receive a
confirmation email from AdventureMercantile.com within twenty-four
hours. No action is required by you once you receive this email; it is
simply to let you know we have received your order and provide
information on what day it will ship.
In the rare event that we are not able to ship your order within two
business days, a notice will be posted on every page of
AdventureMercantile.com that states when all orders received during that
time period will be shipped.
